Wouldn't be nice to be free?
What are you doing to accomlish those dreams?
If you would be able to do something to be debt free, to be able to go shopping freely would you do it?

Financial freedom plans can look and sound great on paper but the harsh reality can be far removed from some of those glib online promises. Sure, wouldn’t everyone like to achieve financial freedom and have all the free time they need to do the things they love. Things like spending more time with the family, giving back to the community or just a comfortable retirement. Whatever your idea of a financial freedom plan is you are sure to find an abundant supply of dream peddlers out there on the internet ready to part you from your hard earned cash.

The question you are probably asking yourself is, Are there really any genuine financial freedom plans out there at all? We have all seen those compelling sales pitches encouraging us to join this that or some other online business opportunity. I will guess that many of you reading this will even have parted with your money and joined one or two of these financial freedom plan schemes as well. I guess you are maybe at the stage where you are more than ready to give up entirely on anything related to home business or financial security altogether.

Well don’t give up just yet because believe it or not there are things out there that do actually work and are making a lot of folks a considerable income to boot. Many of people in search of a financial freedom plan turn to the internet in the hope of finding what they are looking for. The bad news is that most of them never find it. Instead they spend a shed load of money on phony get rich quick schemes and internet scams that give them nothing in return. A few hardened souls however do find a financial freedom plan that actually works and what’s more works well.

The only difference between them and the guys that gave up is exactly that, they didn’t! They didn’t give up. The point here being that most folks give up far to early and far to easily. As soon as they realize they won’t make millions in a few months with Ivor Scamers get rich do no work plan they simply throw in the towel. The fact is that most people searching for the financial freedom plan to turn their lives around give up at the first hurdle. Earning a living on the internet and building a residual income is not easy but it is possible.

Most of those who do eventually achieve financial freedom have gone through the scam phase probably at least once if not more. The difference is that they learnt from the experience and turned something negative into a positive learning curve. Also they remained persistent in their quest for financial freedom. There is a saying often quoted amongst the home business opportunity fraternity as follows “be consistently persistent” and it rings true for many who have succeeded in online business. So don’t give up on your search for that financial freedom plan because perseverance always brings it’s reward to those who stand the test of time.

Question about wealth

The Wealth Formula succinctly depicts the components that are necessary for you to create real wealth. The Wealth Formula is shown below:

M+K+P+A=W

It identifies four essential wealth creation stages and the relationship between them. These are:

Wealth Mindset
Wealth Knowledge
Wealth Planning
Wealth Action

It links each of these four component through the plus sign, +, which signifies that each of the four components are necessary for you to create wealth. In other words, missing one or more of the four wealth components will dramatically impact your ability to generate wealth.

For example, you could mentally prepare yourself, learn everything you need to make enormous wealth and create the most detailed plan to achieve your desired level of wealth, but if you don’t action it then all that preparation is worthless.

Similarly, if you mentally prepare yourself, learn everything you need to make enormous wealth and run off actioning your newfound mindset and knowledge but fail to make a plan it is like setting off in your car to go somewhere you’ve never been without taking a map. What’s your wealth destination? How will you know if you’ve achieved what you wanted to achieve? How do you know your using the right investment vehicle? How do you know if you’re on track or not to reach your target? Are you surpassing or underachieving against realistic milestones? All of these questions would be easily answered with proper planning.

So let’s look at each of the four wealth creation categories in turn.

Wealth mindset:

Wealth Mindset is the first of the four wealth creation categories and examines the importance of the correct mindset to creating wealth and financial freedom. Wealth mindset covers the interaction between you and your environment and the process of adjusting your thought process to think like the wealthy.

For example, the poor and middle class generally think that money is scarce and hard to come by. Saying such as “Money doesn’t grow on trees” and “I can’t afford that” spring to mind. The wealthy see a world of opportunity and abundance. They see money as little more than a concept and simply the by-product of providing value to others. They also know that offering value to others is only limited by their imagination and thus money must too only be limited by their imagination. The wealthiest people of the planet simply understand this and have incredible imaginations that create amazing value to others.

For example, Jeff Bezos realised that bookstores were severely limited in the amount of books they could offer their customers due to geographic and physical constraints. In other words bookstores could only service customers that lived near them and could only offer a limited amount of books, which fit in their store. He saw an amazing opportunity to solve these two problems by giving access to anyone anywhere via the Internet and offering a catalogue that is 40 times the size of a large bookstore. Jeff founded the multi-billion dollar company Amazon!

Wealth Knowledge:

Wealth knowledge is the second of the four wealth creation categories and examines the financial knowledge that is essential to create wealth and financial freedom. It is essential for wealth creation that you are knowledgeable about your own personal finances, the economy, the psychology of markets, compound interest and the asset classes and investment products available to you. Further, you need to understand how to interpret financial statements, investment strategies and risk management all from the wealth creation perspective.

Wealth Planning:

Wealth planning is the third of the four wealth creation categories and examines the essential component of planning to create wealth and financial freedom. Wealth planning is absolutely essential, yet on 3% of the population has clearly written goals and plans. A Harvard Business School study found that this 3% earned 10 times the average of the other 97% and they accumulated 98% of the wealth.

Wealth Action:

Wealth Action is the forth and final wealth creation category and examines the element of action in your wealth journey to create wealth and financial freedom. The importance of action to achieving wealth is obvious. Nothing can be achieved without action.

By using the wealth formula you can easily learn where your wealth creation strengths and weaknesses are and where you need to concentrate your efforts at improving.

This video basically sums up the distribution of wealth throughout the US population. The distribution of wealth in other countries, like the UK, is very similar. These figures are more than a decade old. It’s even more concentrated now.

The Path to Financial Freedom

 

 

Do you know the path to financial freedom? This path is made  up of  two set rules and most of us play by the first set of  rules.  However if we changed to another set of rules this would help  us achieve financial freedom through information.

 

So what are these rules? The rule that most of us play by is  go to school, get good grades, get a high paying job, work hard, get out of debt, save money and get a good retirement plan, but is this working for everyone?   Sadly alot of people are not achieving  financial freedom  they desire so much.

 

 Robert Kiyosaki  the author of Rich Dad Poor Dad, explains  this quadrant.  Draw a  cross on a sheet o f paper and  put    in the   Top   Left             E       B     Right top

                                             Bottom left          S        I      Bottom left

 

E – stands for employee

S – stands for small business person, self – employed, specialist

B – stands for Big Business -    Employs over 500 employees

I  – stands for Investment.

 

Most schools train you in E and S quadrants and that is  okay  if that’s where you want to be.  Also there are students that are being trained in E and B  quadrant for high paying jobs for the corporate ladder  as an employee not as a business person.

 

There is an industry that helps people achieve the path to financial freedom and helps change lives.

Robert Kiyosaki speaks of this as the Direct Selling Industry.  It helps people to switch their beliefs and thinking from  the  E and S  quadrant to the  B and I quadrant.  It also shows them a path to financial freedom. Reflecting on our standing in life brings us to a point where we are forced to describe our goals. For self-made millionaires, they have written off the goal of financial freedom in their lives long before other people realized its importance.

However, while others are starting to catch up on the trend of wealth creation, financial freedom is just too abstract a concept without the right mental shift. Called the millionaire’s mindset, it involves a lot of different approaches to one’s lifestyle while learning financial strategies through searching for opportunities. By turning goals into reality and acting responsibly, financial freedom seems a much closer idea than before.

Yet, the philosophy of financial freedom is still too large a concept for people to grasp. One can ask what freedom really means. Then we can search the meaning of financial freedom for each one of us. While financial freedom can be measured through one’s monetary standing, people do not realize that the philosophy behind financial freedom relies on our attitude towards money. In order to achieve financial freedom, we must describe our priorities which include how we look at money.

Caring for Money

The first fundamental perspective of a millionaire’s mindset is thinking that people are interested and should be interested in money. Why not? Money is a vehicle to make your life work and to make our system go round and round. But then more people do not value money the right way. People who seem to be satisfied with the money that they have end up getting rung down in the bottom of the financial pyramid. For some, money represents your paycheck that pays your bills. These people often find an ethical standard since they don’t care for money.

However, ethics and interest and money should not be removed from each other. The reality is, money is a vehicle not only to make a living, but also to make a quality life. Learning to value money gives us a perspective that makes us responsible with our finances. Finding the balance of how much money means to you is important in seeking financial freedom.

Making Money Work for You

A millionaire’s mindset always assumes that money should always work for you and not the other way around. While hard work is important, people who stop thinking and continue pounding their routine end over and over again. Hard work and struggle begets more hard work and struggle. Being a slave for money can just be the same problem for greedy people and hardworking people. The critical key however is to find ways to rise over it and make money work for you. Learning to empower yourself with the resources that you have will give you more room to help yourself and inspire others.

The Love of Money is the Root of all Evil

This is a saying that has stood for thousand of years. Until today it stands true. Yet what is more important to believe that financial freedom is NOT love for money. Why? Freedom over money is about seeing money as a tool and a means to and end. Meanwhile, love for money is seeing money as the end. Thus, love for money continues to put you under the spell of getting more money that you become a slave for it. Remember that we cannot eat money. Being a slave for money is far from the concept financial freedom.

For many, money is tangible. We all see it, we all have it, and we all see it go away. For the simple minded, money is a medium to buy what we want making it an integral tool for trading in a wealthy economy. However, a millionaire’s perspective looks at money rather differently. By putting the idea of money in our priorities and in the right balance, one can be effective in setting up financial strategies to achieve financial freedom.
